so me and my brother decided to email Club Penguin and ask about the mission and my brother wanted to ask if they could do something cool for nonmembers and if Aunt Arctic could visit again soon, well heres what they said.

I understand that you would like there to be more things for free penguins. What sort of things would you like to see? I can make any promises but we are always looking for ways to improve the Island.
Regarding Aunt Arctic, she is her own penguin and as such she is able to come and go as she please on the Island. However I know that when she makes her next visit she will definitely let the penguins on the Island know in the Club Penguin Times. Also be sure ot read the Whats New Blog as Billybob is sure to post when she is visiting there.
The New mission is a tricky one. Missions are released when something strange is happening on the island or when G has found new information on Herbert. As soon as G has a plan and has invented new gadgets for agents to use he will notify the PSA. Be sure to check the white board in HQ for messages from G and also your Penguin Mail for postcards from the PSA.
In the meantime you can create your own mini missions with other agents around the island. You could also redo the previous missions and time yourself. How fast can you complete them?
Another option is to join the Elite Penguin Force agents by purchasing Club Penguin's EPF Nintendo DS game. There are lots of fun missions available plus seasonal missions that are released throughout the year. Becoming an EPF agent also allows you access to the Command Room!
