Hello Penguins!

Last week we asked about what you thought was happening with the Volcano... Tons of cool ideas came in and we thought this one from waddles98990 was interesting:

I think we are lucky it hasn't exploded alredy. Some ninjas say the valcano has feelings and is celeberating holloween with a storm. Others say it is not a threat because it has always been there before. I for one have no idea and I am pretty shure sensei is the only one who knows for shure. Then again maybe even he is puzzled by this amazing firery mountain! (Waddle on CP and plz post!)

There's definitely something mysterious happening at the Dojo... have fun working with your buddies there.

Something new is coming to the Stage, and you're going to need your buddies there, too! It starts next Friday, Nov. 13th - and you'll need lots of teamwork to finish the play!! Let us know... What do you think it would be like if your penguin shrunk?

Help Build Amulets!

Hello Penguins!

Halloween's over, and you guys made it a party to remember. We saw a lot of cool monsters and spooky igloos all over the island! Thanks for helping to make this Halloween so much fun.

By the way - have you been to the Dojo Courtyard today? Looks like there's some work to be done, so grab your buddies and head there to help build Amulets! There's some new gear in the Ninja Hideout, too, so be sure to check that out if you haven't yet.

here’s a new Halloween item at the Haunted House. It’s for members only though. Here’s how to find the Silly Scarecrow Suit: 1. Click on the map in the lower left.
2. Go to the Mine Shack.
3. Go to the Haunted House.
4. Click on the Silly Scarecrow Suit.

Big congrats to the winners of the Halloween igloo decorating contest! You can check out the first group of winners in the Club Penguin Times. There'll be more winners next week, too!

The Halloween Party is gonna go through the weekend and we hope you'll be able to do more haunted igloo tours, find all the candy that's been hidden, and get the costumes you want! Have you checked out the new Monster Maker 3000 in the lab at the Mine? That's some serious spookiness. I've gotta say that the Ogre ears and Frankenfeet really got my attention... Might be really cool for mix-and-match costumes.

All week the hot topic is Halloween - and from the stormy sky to the cob-webbed igloos, there's a lot spooky stuff all over the island! Last week we asked what you were most excited about and here's what Gems I Need had to say:

I am most excited for seeing all the costumes on the night of Halloween. I like seeing all the crazy combinations like a ladybug and a wizard, or a very silly looking ghost. I also like the yearly (I think) candy hunt. The prizes are very cool.

Some of you have been at the Ninja Hideout and noticed the Volcano's getting pretty active. What do you think's going on?

Screenhog talks Halloween Party!

Hey everyone, it's Screenhog! (It's also Halloween, so does that mean I should call myself "Screamhog" this week?)

Ah, Halloween, a time for candy and costumes and ghost stories, and... oh, you already know what Halloween is! I'll just get right into what makes Halloween special this year:

• "Night of the Living Sled" is back. Yes, Club Penguin's funniest scary movie continues at the Lighthouse! If you weren't here last year, you can watch 1 and 2 at the Coffee Shop and Night Club.

• All is not what it seems at the Mine Shack... it's been replaced with a Haunted House! Try clicking on everything... there are a lot of surprises there.

• After the Haunted House, head down to the Mine and click on the glowing green lamp. The laboratory is back, with some extra clothes to help turn yourself into a monster.

• Ready to go trick-or-treating? 8 candy pieces are waiting for you to find.

• Last, but not least, Club Penguin is dark and stormy! Enjoy it while it lasts! It's a perfect time of year to play Hide and Seek with your friends.

Club Penguin 2009 Halloween Party Free Items, and Member’s Only Cheats!

The Club Penguin Halloween party is here! Club Penguin decided to release the party early. There is a scavenger hunt for all players and a secret lab for members only. But before you do those, you have to pick up the free item at the Plaza. It’s called the Pumpkin Antennas

Now you have the first free item

Now for the member’s only stuff. You can go to the Haunted House at the Mine Shack.Sorry, no non members allowed.

You can pick up the free Pumpkin Head inside!

But wait! There’s another member’s only item in Gary’s Secret Lab. Go to the Mine and click on the light. It will act as a switch and open the Secret Lab. Go through the tunnel.

You can purchase items from the Monster’s Maker catalog. Only members can buy items.

Here’s a list of all the items you can purchase:

• Ogre Ears – 300 coins
• Alien Thinking Cap – 350 coins
• Skeleton – 450 coins
• Bird Mascot Head – 450 coins
• Fuzzy Experiment – 400 coins
• Purple Carapace -330 coins
• Big Bad Wool Hooves – 200 coins
• Bunny Slippers – 200 coins
• Frankenfeet – 220 coins

Wow! This party is definitely my favorite party in Club Penguin History! There is so many free items, amazing decorations, a great background, a scavenger hunt and tons more fun!

Club Penguin Halloween Party – Candy Scavenger Hunt!

Hello penguins.

The Halloween Party has begun and the Club Penguin island is now more spookier than ever! As always, there is a candy scavenger hunt where you have to collect 8 candies that are hidden somewhere on the island and trade them for a prize! Here is how to get all the candies.

To begin, click on the pumpkin in the top right corner.

And your scavenger hunt has begun!

The 1st candy is at the Lodge Attic. Click on the pumpkin between the 2 couches, then click on the chocolate bar.

The 2nd candy is at the Dock. Click on the the pumpkin, then click on the candy corn.

The 3rd candy is at the Pet Shop. Click on the candles, then click on the lollipop.

The 4th candy is at the Cove. Click on the ghost’s book, then click on the sweet.

The 5th candy is at the Pool. Click on the pumpkin above the windows.

The 6th candy is at the Soccer Pitch. Click on the candy cube in the light.

The 7th candy is at the Forest. Click on the moving bush, then click on the candy apple.

The 8th candy is at the Mine. Click on the slime in the lower right, then click on the green candy.

When you have found all the treats, click on “Claim Prize” to claim your prize.

The prize is a Jack ‘O Lanterns Background.

Halloween Party!!

Hello Penguins!

First off, a big thanks to everyone for making the 4th Anniversary Party so awesome!! We know you love parties and there's definitely no shortage around here... because the Halloween Party's here and we can't wait to hear what you think. Night of the Living Sled 3 has debuted, members can explore a haunted house, and there's candy to find in the scavenger hunt!

In other news: You know the Offline Activities that you said you really missed? They're back and they're gonna stick around! This month it's all about Halloween. You can even learn how to carve a puffle pumpkin! New offline activities will launch every single month! Check it out in the Fun Activities section and make sure to let us know what you think - we'd love to hear your ideas.

Halloween Igloo Contest!

Hello Penguins!

It's finally arrived - the Halloween Igloo Contest! And just in time, there's new furniture you can use to deck out your place.

For the first time this year, you'll use a new "Enter Contest" button right from your igloo to submit it to the judges. They'll be looking for igloos with just the right amount of haunted style... Just remember - more isn't always better, but it's definitely gotta be creative to catch their eyes! We're already seeing some awesome igloos.

The Halloween Party starts October 27th, and the first round of contest winners will be announced in the Club Penguin Times on October 29th.

If you aren't decorating this year, why not grab a tour guide hat, some friends, and do some haunted igloo touring!! We'd love to know all the spooky stuff you and your buddies are up to.
