Here is how to get the Santa Hat! Go to the Ski Village and walk on top of it:

You now have the santa hat in you inventory!

Here is how you get the Santa Suit for Members only: Go to the Sleigh and Deliver 15 Presents and then this will appear:

And then click on the Santa Suit:

There now you have all the free items!
