Hello penguins, Flame0522 here for the last time!

Yepp this is my last post, I have decided that I am quitting Blogging and I won't have a new author for this site. I started Blogging about Club Penguin late August 2009. 8 great fulfilled months.

I really enjoyed my time I had as a Club Penguin Blogger, the people I met, the laughter and fun with friends! and most of all the great new friends I made!

I am pretty much quitting because after almost 1 year of updating it, I got bored of it! and because this site started lacking and losing people!

Just so you know I will not be deleting this blog or giving it to anyone else. I have worked to hard and I have some really awesome posts ;) I wanna leave it the way it is. Thank you guys for everything! You guys were my inspiration. You guys will forever be in my heart, I won't forget you!

How To Go To Rockhopper Island!

Today I am going to show you a guide on how to get to Rockhopper Island! Let's check it out!

1. Walk Around EVERY room in Club Penguin.

2. Go to the Snow Forts and throw 100 snowballs.

3. Go to the Dojo Courtyard.

4. Watch the Card-Jitsu fire video.

5. Go to the Beach and Rockhopper's Migrator should be there.

6. Go down below and it should load you to Rockhopper Island.

If this works or doesn't work check out the comments! I will have a tip there.

Club Penguin's annual April Fool's is out NOW. The April Fool's Party is doing fantastic so far! There are decorations everywhere! There are also two free items. Below are guides on how to get these free items. Let’s check it out!

How to find the Red Propeller Cap.

1. Open up your map.

2. Go to the Dock.

3. Throw paint at the picture using the snowball action.

4. Walk on top of the Red Propeller Cap when the painting is finished

5. Click “Yes” to pick the Red Propeller Cap up and add it to your inventory.

How to find the King Jester Hat. (Members only!)

1. Open up your map.

2. Go to the Snow Forts.

3. Go to the Silly Place.

4. Click on the King Jester Hat on the right.

5. Click “Yes” to pick it up and add it to your inventory.

Before we check out the secrets, go to the 2nd page of the Penguin Style catalog. There you can design 2 new T-Shirts! and 1 new color - light blue - and you can buy them for 250 coins each!

How to find the Red Viking Helmet.

1. Go to the 3rd page of the Penguin Style catalog.

2. Click on the coffee cup on the table on the right.

How to find the Blue Viking Helmet.

1. Go to the 3rd page of the Penguin Style catalog.

2. Click on the coffee cup on the table on the right.

3. Open and close the Red Viking Helmet pop-up 4 times.

How to find the Green Face Paint.

The curtain falls on the Penguin Play Awards March 28, so cast your votes and join in the celebrations.

Rookie, a very funny penguin, made an important announcement this week about an event that begins April 1! On April 1, things get a little silly when the annual April Fool's Party is in town! During this celebration, the laws of physics don't always apply. Rooms turn upside down, boxes flood the island, and everything goes topsy-turvy. Hello Penguins!

I've got a big sneak peek for you guys today. We've been hearing from a lot of you who want to know more about "Herbert's Revenge", the new Nintendo DS game we're working on.

Last month we showed you some pictures of some mysterious caves. Many of you guessed that agents might have to search the caves to track down Herbert. Well...

It looks like you might be onto something! The picture shows a new mini-game, with some new equipment to help agents swing into action.

I don't want to give too much away yet, but I can say that there are some big things coming up for secret agents.

Puffle Rescue

Hello Penguins!

Our new game - Puffle Rescue continues to make news on the island! If you've not played yet, then head to the Mine and join in the rescue mission. The team's really excited to hear what you think!

We've heard from a lot of you wondering how to open the door to the Underwater Room. The note in the Hidden Lake room says to go to the Black Puffle level in Puffle Rescue, and follow a shadow... So head to the first level of the Water Level and see if you can find it.

You'll need to find a way to make sure you have enough air to follow it though. Where will it lead? You'll have to find out!

In other news... Penguin Play Awards start today! There's lots going on down at the Plaza, with interviews taking place on (and off!) the red carpet. What's your favorite? Don't forget to vote and have your say on what comes back to the Stage in April.

Puffle Rescue Tips!

Hi everyone, Screenhog here!

By now many of you have probably tried out the new Puffle Rescue game in the Mine. If you haven't, I definitely suggest heading down and trying it out. It's a lot of fun and very different from other Club Penguin games.

For everyone who's trying to get the hang of the game, I thought I'd post some suggestions and tips that have worked for me so far.

1. Look before you leap... or swim.

It helps to look ahead and plan your jumps. Remember that while you only have a little time to act, looking ahead and waiting for the best chance works well.

2. Sometimes 'close' is close enough.

If you mistime your jump, or if you need to make a fast leap, you can still land safely even if your aim isn't perfect. You'll grab onto moving platforms automatically if you're close enough...

3. Watch for new challenges.

At first, each level you reach will introduce a new challenge. Be cautious - there are tons of break-away platforms and ice chunks, along with sharks, bumpers, cannons and more. Pay close attention until you master all of them...

4. Last but not least, a few hidden tricks...

Have you tried standing on the mine carts until they leave the screen yet? Try it out! And if it gets too dark for you in the mine levels, remember that standing on the black and white check points will give you more light.

Club Penguin Mine Caves Re-opened!‏

Rory has confirmed that the Caves are now safe again to explore. And many penguins are exploring the caves and drilling.

And you can still pick up a hard hat in the Cave Mine.

1. Click on your map.

2. Click on the Mine in the top right near the middle.

3. Go inside the Mine.

4. Go inside the Cave.

5. Walk on top of the yellow jackhammer with the two hard hats on the top.

Now with this hard hat you can drill on the dirt. And instead of getting the pin they gave before, You can now get coins! I think that this is one of Club Penguin's best ideas! And a easy way to earn coins.

Hello Penguins!

It's here! Lots of you are heading to the Mine to play Puffle Rescue and help those missing puffles. The team's really excited to see how you like it! Last week we wanted to hear your daring rescue stories, and Violet5550 said:

I would get a group of pioneering penguins and together we would make a quest for the missing puffles. We would dress up as safely as we could wearing a helmet and safety jacket then get our super long powered torches and set of into the pitch black caves and hopefully rescue all the puffles and be known as heroes! After that we would relax at the coffee shop!

The Penguin Play Awards start this Thursday and you'll be able to dress up, walk the red carpet, and vote for your favorite stage plays in different categories. This week we'd love to hear how you're celebrating the event with your buddies. Let us know!

Puffle Rescue Game HERE!!

Hello penguins, Flame0522 here!

The new game - Puffle Rescue - Is now ready to be played. And the caves are back open.

Now when you dig inside the cave, instead of getting the pin they gave for the "Cave Expedition" party, you get coins:

I got 20 coins =)

But to get into the members room you have to find the key hidden inside the new game - Puffle Rescue.

Instructions: The object of the game is to save many puffles. To save them you will need to use the key board arrows and jump on the ice to get the puffles, then jump back to take the puffles to safety.

How to get into the secret members room and get the Moss Key Pin.

1. Play the black puffle level in Puffle Rescue.

2. When you are on the 1st level go to the checkered piece with the black puffle.

3. Wait for the shadow of a giant squid.

4. Wait for it to leave bubbles then bounce on the bubbles and follow it.

Congratulations you've found the secret room.

5. Go into the room and get the pin.

6. Click "Yes" when you are asked to pick it up.

Congratulations you now have the latest pin in Club Penguin.

Every time you end a level it will give you this message: (But with your own name)

Penguins to the rescue! Starting March 15, construction crews are asking for your help to rescue puffles that are trapped in the Mine Cave. Many puffles, including Captain Rockhopper's missing puffle Yarr, have been tracked there! According to Rory the construction penguin, cave construction will be finished March 15 and after it'll be safe to proceed with rescue efforts. Stay on alert and dig out your rescue gear for Puffle Rescue at the Mine Cave!

There's an excited buzz all over the island as penguins get ready for the Penguin Play Awards. The red carpet will roll out in the Plaza on March 19! An event planner explained that just like last year, penguins will get to vote in 5 categories.

We've been hearing reports that the green puffle's missing from the Night Club. Have you seen it?

You know, the Night Club is one of those places where there's often a lot happening. And recently there have been some upgrades that make it even more interesting. You might have noticed that when there's more than 10 of you in the room, the lights change. But did you know that if the majority of you (at least 10) are the same penguin color then even more cool things start to happen?

So the next time you're there, try to get penguins in the Night Club to all turn the same penguin color. Also, if you and your friends have time, see if you can find out what's going on with that missing puffle...

Things are going great in the Mine with lots of you joining in the construction. Keep up the hard work! Last week we asked about the bravest underground adventure you'd ever been on with your buddies, and Pengoozle said:

My friends and I went exploring for the lost caves of the dreaded Squidzoid and the terrible Fishzilla! lol We would waddle around pretending to be following a trail or a map and then we'd go underwater and one of us would hide dressed as Squidzoid or Fishzilla and jump out! Can't wait for the undergound to open up again!!!!

Looks like there are lots of you with your jackhammers helping down in the Mine. Some of you are saying that's where you think Rockhopper's missing puffle Yarr is. There's also some talk that other puffles aren't where they normally are. Where do you think they went?

There's going to be more underground exploration happening near the end of the week. All of this stuff just might be connected to that new game we told you about... Make sure you keep your eyes on what's happening down there!!

Greetings Penguins!

A few weeks ago, when the team showed the new orange puffle toy, lots of you wrote how stoked you were. (FYI - I think the orange puffle's HILARIOUS and I'm pretty sure he has a sweet tooth like me.)

Well, the buzz on the island this week is about Rockhopper and there's been some talk around here about a new Rockhopper stuffed toy! I wanted to know more so I asked someone on the team who helps with toys.

Q: The orange puffle seems pretty loved. But what else is new?
A: The newest toys are some 9" stuffed toy penguins - there are a few different ones - including Rockhopper!

Q: Where can we get them?
A: They'll be in Disneyland Resort in California and at Walt Disney World, Florida really soon - and the team's working hard to get them in more places, too - like in Disney Stores and at the CP Online Shop. Keep checking those places. Also, each one comes with a code to unlock items online. And we've updated the Treasure Book!

Q: What should we do if we have toy ideas?
A: Give us all your feedback. Tell us what you like, what you don't like, and what you'd like to see in the future!

2. Rockhopper usually logs into the crowded servers during peak hours of the day. Rockhopper visits the less crowded servers during hours when less penguins are online.

There has been spotings of puffles in the cave area at the Mine, I wonder why they are there. Maybe because the new game Club Penguin said is going to come out later this month. Or the new mission coming soon, I don't know what! Guess we will have to wait and see.

Rockhopper has returned to Club Penguin this week, and he needs some help. Word around the island is that Yarr, Rockhopper's friend and first mate, is missing. Anyone who sees him is encouraged to lend a flipper.

Coming soon to a Stage near you... it's the Penguin Play Awards! This star-studded event will feature cool celebrations, interview areas and even a special sneak peek backstage for members. This is the biggest red carpet event of the year, where everyone votes on their favorite plays! Party-goers are encouraged to dress in formal fashions from the Gift Shop, or as their favorite Stage characters. Don't miss it!

Exciting news from the Mine - the Underground Caves that dazzled explorers in January will be opening again soon! Some are concerned because puffles have been entering the caves already! Rory thinks puffles want to explore the caves as soon as possible, but he thinks it's a bad idea. Construction crews are making progress and have stated they'll be watching for stray puffles.

You've been asking and we promised you some more info about the new mission! In a couple months, you'll be using your Penguin Secret Agency skills again to try and stop a very determined Herbert...

What do you think he's planning this time? Look for more mission news in a few weeks.

In the meantime, you can practice your agent skills by doing the previous missions - and continue to keep the island safe. If you're not an agent yet, if your penguin is 30 days old, you can click the M at the top right of your screen. Then click the button that says: "Become a Secret Agent". You'll get to take a quiz to apply.

Hi everyone, it's Screenhog!

It's the time of year when we honor the island's best pets - puffles. Way back when Club Penguin first launched, there weren't any puffles at all. But a lot of you asked to have some kind of pet to adopt and we decided to make up a completely new creature. That's how the puffle came to be. Actually, you guys even decided on the name "puffle"!

Last year we showed a couple of the original sketches back from November 2005 when artists first started sketching what a penguin's pet might look like - we wanted to show some of those again (in case you missed them) plus a few more that have never been seen before.

What do you think?

Puffle Party!

Hello Penguins!

The Puffle Party is still going strong for a few more days, and I hope you and your puffles are having a blast! I got a kick out of the Puffle Show, with the Puffle Grooming station and all the races going on. What did you think of it?

Some of you may have noticed that the party was launched earlier than expected last week. This was part of our new earlier launch times that I mentioned last Tuesday.

This week, things will be happening a little earlier than usual again. The Puffle Party will be wrapping up on Thursday morning Penguin Standard Time, and the new Sports Catalog will be launching then too. It also means a special surprise will be arriving early at the Pet Shop...

Hello Penguins!

The Puffle Party's in full swing and it looks like you're having fun with your pets! We've heard from some of you that you've spotted a furry orange creature in a box somewhere... And we've been seeing you try to lure it out by turning orange and offering it food. Good luck getting that puffle to come out!!

Lots of you have told us that you like the puffle toys, so we wanted to give you some info about new ones. This is from our Series #4 Pet Puffles:

Here is how to find the Puffle Hat.

1. Log-in to Club Penguin.

2. Click on your map and click on the Plaza on the bottom right.

3. Click on the box with the free Puffle Hat's.

4. Click "Yes" when you are asked to pick it up.

Today the new Club Penguin Times was released! Click here to read it.

Starting February 19, Club Penguin will be much fuzzier than usual - as the Puffle Party finally arrives, Cool events will be taking place all week, including a special Puffle Show for members at the Ski Village, "Walk you puffle over to the show, and see how they do in a challenging obstacle course..."

Exta! Extra! Strange puffle sightings have been reported all over the island, Many are describing seeing an unusual 'zany' puffle.

Penguins are encouraged to turn orange and search the island top to bottom, Check next week's newspaper for more information on this mysterious story.

Last week, we wanted to hear the coolest adventure you and your buddies have gone on with your puffles. Sidiceage said:

The coolest adventure I have had with a puffle was, my pink puffle, named pink, and I went aqua grabbing. That was so much fun we went exploring everywhere. We saw a giant clam and slipped away with it's big pearl, We cleaned up soda barrels, we earned a bunch of coins together. It was the best time ever! I cant wait to have more adventures with my other puffle's. See you at the puffle party!!

New Launch Time!

Hello Penguins!

Last Thursday when we had to launch earlier than normal, we got a ton of comments that you liked getting the new stuff early! You may know new content usually launches later on Thursdays (Penguin Standard Time) and we've heard from some of you that when there are problems with it, you have to wait because the team's not always around to get things fixed right away.

We're working to make things better and wanted you to be the first to know that starting tomorrow we're going to launch content earlier in the day. Hopefully this will mean fewer bugs... and tomorrow it will mean that everyone gets more time to play at the Puffle Party!

Thanks for your patience with the changes - and if you can, we'd appreciate if you could help spread the news to other penguins! In the meantime, what are you looking forward to at the Puffle Party?

Hey Agents!

It's been over a year since the original Elite Penguin Force for Nintendo DS came out. We've heard that lots of you like it and you've even been asking if we're making another one. We're really excited to be the first to tell you about the brand NEW EPF game for the Nintendo DS that'll be released mid 2010!! Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge will have cool stuff you said you liked from the first game - and TONS of new surprises.

Since the team's building it right now, we want to be able to show you some behind-the-scenes work we're doing. Just for a start, here's a sketch of something you'll be seeing in the game...

In other news: A few months ago we posted an image of a mysterious penguin and we told you she'd be helping Agents sometime in the future. Orange Puffle Spoted In Club Penguin!

There has been a spoting of a Orange Puffle in Club Penguin, It appears to be in the Box Dimension and the Ski Lodge,

Box Dimension: It comes every 15 minutes...

Ski Lodge: It comes out of the coo-coo clock every 30 minutes...

He is so cute:

And more proof that a Orange Puffle will be coming, Last year there was a puffle video and it showed a White Puffle before it came out, Then at the Puffle Party the White Puffle came out of hiding, Well now Club Penguin has updated the video and it has a Orange Puffle, If you watch the video closely below you will see the Orange Puffle:

New Stage Now!

Hello Penguins!

As you know, our new servers are up and we wanted to make sure nothing else was late - so we've decided to launch some stuff early!! Thanks again for your patience as we try to make things better. If you can't see the change, try clearing your computer's cache.

As of right now, a bit early, you can grab your friends and head to the Stage to check out Secrets of the Bamboo Forest!

We're hoping to see lots of you searching the island all dressed up in the new costumes... and trying to find the Golden Feather! Once you have it, you'll be able to get across the river in the Stage and access the Phoenix Queen's castle. Think there might be a secret inside? Good Luck!

Newspaper Delivery Delay

As we told you on Tuesday, we've been working hard to make the game faster for you with new servers. The team's run into a bug and we're not going to be able to deliver the Club Penguin Times when it normally comes out.

The team's working really hard to fix the problem. We know a lot of you read the newspaper as soon as it comes out and we want you to know that we really appreciate your patience.

Sounds like you had a blast at the Cave Expedition. Last week we asked your favorite part, and Clarnico 999 said:

WOW! The mine and the new caves ROCK! I especially like the cave full of treasure, with the glittering pool of water. And then it leads to an AMAZING watery kingdom. Its the perfect place for divers, mermaids and merpenguins, cave penguins or I've even spotted a few pirates looking for treasure! Its great fun for everyone!

Attention all puffle owners, prepare for a party of powerful proportions starting February 19, The Puffle Party is one of Club Penguin's most popular celebrations, and party planners are working hard to make sure this year's is awesome, The Puffle Party goes from February 19-25.

Here is The Puffle Party logo, And if you look at The Letter "R" it is orange, It has all The other Puffle's Colors on it, Maybe a Orange Puffle will come out of hiding during The Puffle Party.

And here is what a Decorator of The Puffle Party had to say:

"Last year's party was also a great success because it drew the super-shy white puffle from the wilderness."

"I can't wait to see if they've made a white puffle room," said one puffle expert. "Or what else might be in store."

Maybe what else might be in store is The Orange Puffle, But that is just my theory, I could be wrong, I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Greetings, Penguins!

On Monday, Billybob showed a hint of an upcoming celebration and lots of you guessed that there's a Puffle Party coming up! The pic of the green square puffle made me LOL. Nobody's saying too much yet but I thought you'd want to know some more so I talked to someone who's helping to plan it.

Do we need to be puffle owners to be part of this party?You don't have to own a puffle, but hopefully you enjoy being around them! Of course, we do encourage puffle owners to bring their puffles to the party... there may be activities for the little creatures...

Is there anything we should do to prepare for this event?
Practice your snowball tossing skills! Also, if you own a puffle, make sure to take good care of it.

Can we expect any surprises?
Every time we plan a party we try to add a few new things and this party's no exception. But if we told you more than that, it wouldn't be a surprise...

Hello Penguins,

February's here! That means a new month of celebrations and surprises. A big thanks to everyone who made January so awesome! The team has some big plans for this month, so here's a few sneak peeks. There's going to be tons of new stuff, especially for puffles!

Watch for new catalogs, secrets and a new play at the Stage! Make sure to keep checking back for more updates.

Club Penguin has released a New Unlockable book "The Great Puffle Switch" It was just released so I will try to get The Codes as soon as I can. I updated my Book Code Page, Click Here to See The Page. (Or Just Click it on The Right).

Nightclub Upgrade!

Hello Penguins,

Club Penguin has upgraded The Nightclub, The More Penguins There are In The Room, The More Lights will come.

If 1-9 Penguins are in The Room it will be The Normal Nightclub.

If 10-19 Penguins are in The Room it will be The Party Nightclub.

If 20-29 Penguins are in The Room it will be The Disco Nightclub.

If over 30+ Penguins are in The Room it will be The Rave Nightclub.

And if there are alot of colors of The Same Penguin The Lights will change to The Color, Like in The Picture below alot of Penguins were Red so The lights were Red.

So What do you think of the upgrades? Let me know.

There's tape blocking the underground cave entrance today - thanks for exploring those areas! The rooms are closed for now and the word is that construction penguins are checking how stable they are... What did you think of the Cave Expedition?
